Your fire crew

These are the individuals who volunteer their time and energy to help keep our community safe. While some respond to emergencies, many others support the department behind the scenes through fundraising, recruitment, community events, administrative support, and helping maintain the station. Every role matters, and it takes a team effort to keep a fire department running. There truly is a place for everyone at LLFD.

Join the Mission

Chief Huff, NREMT

Our fire chief, Adrian Huff, has many years of experience, and has been with our department for the last 14. He specializes in training our fire personnel, but you will see him at most public events, teaching fire safety to whoever will listen.

Paw-tallion Chief Cinder Ember Huff

Cinder is our rodent control specialist, and he is very skilled in his trade. He not only loves his job, but you can find him supervising and overseeing daily operations. He is a very skilled in napping.

LT Gomez, NREMT, CPST, PVSE

Christy holds many positions in the department. She is our admin, firefighter, and Nationally Registered Child Passenger Safety Technician as well as  EMR and Prenatal Vehicle Safety Educator. She teaches car seat education and runs calls with the rest of the team. Her versatility and energy make Christy a highly valued member of this firehouse.

LT Lucko

LT  Lucko is a seasoned firefighter with previous experience serving with Lacy Lakeview in 2015. After several years with Beverly Hills and Elm Mott, he returned to our department in 2024.  Lucko's passion for his work is clear; he enjoys the job itself.

FF Quintanilla

FF Quintanilla joined our team in early 2024, bringing a sense of humor and a passion for learning. He is an aviation enthusiast who enjoys road trips and is currently pursuing flight training.
Although Quintanilla lacked prior experience, he has quickly adapted, acquiring new skills and making notable contributions in the department. His growth and enthusiasm for new challenges is admirable.

FF Salazar

FF Salazar has been with our department for a short time, but as an electrician, he brings such value to our team. He is an excellent resource for building construction. He currently attends TSTC for instrumentation.

FF Mancuso

Mancuso has been a member of the Lacy Lakeview Fire Department since fall 2025. He has quickly proven himself to be dependable and hardworking, completing his Firefighter I certification and consistently showing up for calls and training. Corey is a team player who works safely, learns quickly, and takes pride in helping others succeed.

FF Kesada

Kesada is returning to the department after a 10-year hiatus, during which he focused on his family. We’re excited to welcome him back to the fire service. When he’s not at the station, Kesada stays busy with work and spending time with his wife and family. He also has a strong passion for sharing his faith and is currently working to start a Bible study group in the community.

FF Walters

Walters is new to the Lacy Lakeview area and is currently a student at TSTC. Wanting to serve his new community, he recently joined the department as a volunteer firefighter. While he came in without previous fire service experience, he has already proven to be extremely sharp and eager to learn.

Walters picks up new skills quickly and brings a strong work ethic to the team. We’re proud to have him as part of the department and look forward to watching him grow in the fire service.

FF LEE

Lee is no stranger to volunteering. She has a true servant’s heart and a deep love for the Lacy Lakeview community. Lee has spent years giving her time to several organizations throughout Central Texas, always stepping up when needed.

Recently, she added another way to serve—as a volunteer firefighter. We’re proud to have someone with her heart for service as part of the fire family.

FF Cornelius

New to the area, Cornelius joins the department while currently working as an electrician apprentice. He brings with him current TCFP certifications and is a 2024 graduate of the MCC Fire Academy. In addition to his fire service background, he serves as a pit row firefighter for NASCAR, Heart of Texas Dirt Track, and Boyd Raceway. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his spouse and son.

Support Cornett

Cornett has quickly become a valued member of our department, dedicating his time to supporting events and fundraising efforts. We are incredibly thankful for all of his help and commitment along the way. A recent graduate of Connally High School, Cornett plans to attend MCC to pursue an associate degree and continue building his future.
